PRICES AND DESCRIPTIONS
Prices in Euro (€) quoted on this website are inclusive of all taxes for orders within the European Union. For all other countries, the price is excluding VAT. The stated price is also the recommended retail price for resellers world-wide. We reserve the right to modify prices and descriptions at any time, without notice.
IMPORT COSTS
In case of delivery to countries outside of European Union, import costs (customs, VAT, handling charges) may be incurred. These vary depending on legal regulations in the country of delivery, the weight and value of the delivery. Customs clearance at destination for all goods ordered via this website is the sole responsibility of the recipient of the shipment.
BOOKSELLERS are kindly requested to contact us by e-mail for an individual agreement.
CONTRACTUAL CLOSURE AND FULFILLMENT
The purchase contract is closed when an order e-mail is received by Pelinu Books and the customer receives an order confirmation. With dispatch of the shipment by the Publisher the contract is regarded as fulfilled on his part. The selected items are subject to limited availability at all times.
PAYMENT
Orders will exclusively be delivered after advance payment through PayPal (credit card payments possible without a PayPal account). Please write us for other payment options.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
By post as registered mail: 7 – 15 working days within Europe, and 10 – 30 working days overseas. No guarantee can be provided for the delivery period, as it varies widely depending on the postal service at destination. Please notify us if the package does not arrive within the estimated time.
By DHL courier: 1 – 5 working days worldwide. The customer will be notified about the estimated delivery date and receive tracking updates by e-mail.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Orders can be cancelled at any time. Already delivered items in flawless, saleable condition may be returned within 10 days of receipt and will be reimbursed. Please include a copy of the order confirmation or invoice and the reason for return in written form. Returns are sent at the buyer’s own risk/cost, to the seller address as stated above. Reimbursement is made to the credit card or PayPal account used by the customer for the respective payment.
DEFECTS, WRONG DELIVERIES
Defective or damaged books will be replaced without any further costs for the customer only if you inform us via e-mail within 24 hours from receipt of the product, attaching a photo of the damage. Costs for returning defective goods are reimbursed. Returns must be sent to the address above, through postal services. Please include a copy of the order confirmation or invoice and the reason for return in written form. The replacement product will be shipped after receipt of the damaged one.
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Costs caused for Pelinu Books by undeliverable shipments, e.g. in case of decline of receipt or non-collection from a collection point at the place of destination, may be deducted from any reimbursement due or charged to the customer in case of a second delivery.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The place of jurisdiction is Bucharest, Romania. The regulations of Romanian Law apply.
